Optimized Firing Process
The line adopts a high-temperature rotary kiln or shaft kiln with precisely controlled temperature curves, ensuring complete α-Al₂O₃ transformation and sufficient crystal growth to form dense tabular structures.
Automatic Batching & Smart Control
Equipped with automatic weighing and batching systems, belt weigh feeders, and online monitoring, the production line is centrally controlled by Siemens PLC and HMI. This guarantees accurate dosing, transparent process visualization, and complete historical data traceability.
Efficient Crushing and Precise Classification
Through multi-stage crushing and classification, the system provides flexible particle size distributions (fines and various granular sizes) tailored to customer recipes, delivering stable particle-size curves and improved refractory performance.
Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency
Bag filters and negative-pressure dust collection systems are applied throughout the line to meet local and international emission standards. Waste heat recovery and advanced insulation design significantly reduce energy consumption and help customers achieve their energy-saving and emission-reduction targets.
